1. They have an incredible system and infrastructure that helps visitors to find information quiqkly. They use the technology like no other centre to discover locations in the city. Unfortunately, here in Peru is not the same thing; at least, when I went to the Tourist Information Centre in my city, they just give me brochures or other kind of staffs.
ReplyDelete2. In my opinión, I think the easiest customer to work with is The Sponge, because he gets fascinated with everything you have to say and then, absorbs all the information. But I think the most difficult is the Know – it – all, he or she always find an answer and wants to tell you how much the know.
3. Yes, I have. You can search on internet, there are many interesting websites that can help you. Also you could go to the Tourist Information Office in that place or in the same hotel, they can help you with directions, descriptions and many other possible services.
4. Liverpool is best known for The Beatles and you can find reminders of their unique legacy all over the city. Also you can go to High Street stores in the country where you can find many trendy designer stores. I’d love to go, It has many tourist attractions that I’d like to meet.

here in Peru it is usually the travel agent who gives all the information or we can read the variety of brochures .

1.- I find this very interesting and memorable about this tourist information center, using the latest technology, infrastructure and service, visitors can find information interactively and also this centre may use for mancheste´r people. to make this investment means that this city gives importance to tourist.
ReplyDeleteAs difference of Perú here you can find primary information about tourist places, they provides brochures and simple leaflets. They strive to provide good service but need more state support. For example here in Trujillo the infrastructure is mall and basic, but services are improving.
2.- I think the easiest customer to work with is The Sponge, because, made the conversation more interesting and value the service you provide. And the the most difficult is the Know – it – all, because is dificult to interact whit the tourist and we have to have patience to answer your questions.
3.- When i needed to travel to Señora de Cao i went to the Tourist Information Office that is in the Trujillo main square, they provided me information how to find the tourist place without take a private tourist service.
4.- Liverpool is a great city where you can find dazzling a diverse nightlife, and it´s known for have The Beatles Museum. Also can find the most importan trendy designer stores. In resume Liverpool is a moderm city, with musical history and excellent places to visit. I'll be pleasure to visit this place someday.
